摘要
混合所有制已经成为自觉意义上的探索公有制有效实现形式的伟大实践。中国瑞林、江西建工在这一实践中凝炼的重构动力机制、清晰产权关系、优化法人治理结构、科学把握剩余控制权、实现国有资产保值增值等经验,不仅有着示范和借鉴价值,也足以启迪后来者在此基础上与时俱进,推动改革工程不断趋向完善。
The mixed ownership system has become a great practice of consciously exploring the effective actualization form of public ownership. The experiences of two state-owned enterprises,China Nerin and Jiangxi Construction Engineering,accumulated in this practice,such as restructuring the dynamic mechanism,clarifying the property rights relationship,optimizing the corporate governance structure,scientifically grasping the surplus controlling rights,and realizing the maintenance and appreciation of values of state-owned assets,not only set a model and provide valuable references,but also inspire the latecomers to march forward with the times and push the reform forward continuously.
