摘要
目前,常用的硬度换算表中均没有表面洛氏硬度HR15YW标尺与其它硬度标尺的换算关系。随着HR15YW硬度标尺的广泛应用,HR15YW标尺与其他硬度标尺的关系研究非常必要。通过对不同硬度值的三种材料进行了大量的试验,并对试验结果进行相关性分析,得到HR15YW与HR15TW之间存在强正相关关系,利用最小二乘估计原理进行曲线回归分析得到HR15YW与HR15TW的换算关系,从而将HR15YW与其余硬度单位联系起来。
So far most common conversion tables do not include the conversion relation between Surface Rockwell hardness HR15 YW and other hardness. It is urgent to find the relation with the HR15 YW and other hardness. This paper will focus on the conversion relation between HR15 YW and HR15 TW through a large number of experiments on three kinds of materials with different hardness values and correlation analysis,and curvilinear regression analysis. In this paper,there is a strong positive correlation relationship between HR15 YW and HR15 TW through a lot of experiments and correlation analysis,and the conversion relation between HR15 YW and HR15 TW is got by using curvilinear regression analysis of the least squares estimate principle. The existing conversion tables are supplemented and the HR15 YW could be converted to other hardness values.
