党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央提出了"中国梦""命运共同体""义利观""一带一路""亲诚惠容"等外交政策,实现了理论与实践的创新,成为我国外交活动的行动指南。在中国特色外交政策形成的过程中,社会心理因素产生了重要影响。建构主义就观念与政策的相互作用作出了理论性、系统性的解释,是社会心理因素对外交政策产生影响的理论依据。社会心理因素对我国外交政策的影响表现在充分发挥民族自信、打破思维局限、外交观念不断创新等方面。
