2型糖尿病病人中医健康管理需求与家庭功能的现状及相关性

Status quo and correlation of traditional Chinese medicine health management demands and family functions of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

[目的]调查糖尿病病人中医健康管理需求及家庭功能状况,探讨家庭功能与中医健康管理需求的关系。[方法]采用家庭关怀度指数问卷(APGAR)及自制的2型糖尿病病人中医健康管理需求调查问卷对265例2型糖尿病病人进行调查。[结果]2型糖尿病病人APGAR总分为(6.58±4.67)分,其中家庭功能良好组160例,中度障碍组65例,严重障碍组40例。中医健康管理需求总分为(51.77±12.85)分,其中疾病知识维度得分为(10.20±2.94)分,健康促进维度得分为(16.89±4.21)分,健康干预维度得分为(24.70±7.35)分,家庭功能良好组、中度障碍组、严重障碍组中医健康管理需求总分及各维度得分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2型糖尿病病人家庭功能与中医健康管理需求总分呈正相关(P<0.05)。家庭功能、文化程度、糖尿病史和年龄是2型糖尿病病人中医健康管理需求的影响因素。[结论]2型糖尿病病人对中医健康管理具有较高需求,家庭功能仍需进一步改善,良好的家庭功能可以促进病人对健康管理需求的表达。

Objective： To study the TCM health management demands and family functional status of patientswith mellitus diabetes,and to explore the relationship between th em. Methods： A total of 265 patients wi2 diabetes mellitus were investigated with APGAR and the self - made questionnaire of TCM health manage-ment demand for type 2 diabetes mellitus pat ients. Results： The total score of APGAR in patients with type 2 di- abeteswas （6. 58士 4. 67）,including good family fu n c t io n g ro u p with 160 cases, moderate disability group with 65 cases and severe obstacle group with 40 cases. The total score of Chinese medicine health management de-mandswas（51. 77 士 1 2. 85）, amongwhich the score of disease knowledge w a s（1 0. 20 士 2. 94） , and the score of health promotionwas（1 6. 89士4. 21）, and the score of health in te rv en t io nw a s（24. 70士7. 35）. There were s ta t is-tically significant differences in the total score of health management demands and the scores of all dimamong family function group ？ moderate obstacle group and severe obstacle g ro u p （P 〈0. 05）. The family func-tion was positively related to the total score of TCM health management demands of type 2 diabetes mellitus（P〈0.05）. Family funct ioning？ educational le v e l diabetes history and age were the factors influencing the Chinesemedicine health management demands of type 2 diabetes mellitus pat ients. Conclusions： Patients with type 2 dia-betes mellitus had higher demands for traditional Chinese medicine health management. And family functions needed to be further improved？ a good family function could promote the patient＇s health management demands.
