摘要
重点介绍了光纤用四氯化硅的制备工艺,包括精馏法、吸附法、部分水解法、光氯化法、等离子法以及这些方法的组合。对比分析了上述方法的优缺点,展望了光纤四氯化硅制备工艺的发展方向。此外,还简要介绍了光纤用四氯化硅的应用及经济概况。
This article mainly told the process method of SiCl4 used for optical fiber including rectification,with adsorption method,partial hydrolysis method,photochlorination,plasma method and combination of some those. Article analysised advantages and disadvantages of those methods,and excepted the development direction of process method of SiCl4 for optical fiber. Moreover,Article also shown that the application and economic profile of SiCl4 used for optical fiber.
