压裂返排液处理技术研究进展 被引量:24

摘要 针对压裂施工井次不断增多和施工规模逐渐增大的现状,概述了我国压裂返排液处理技术的研究进展,并对未来的发展方向进行了展望。各油气田应根据现场实施条件,对比外排、回注、回用等处置方式的技术难度,优选最合适的处理工艺进行渠道化处理。有回注条件的优先选择回注处理工艺,其处理成本最低;有回用需求的选择回用工艺,保留返排液中有用成分重新配制新的压裂液;最后的选择是外排处理,其要求指标多,处理成本最高。 According to the present situation of fracturing construction time increasing and the gradually increasing scale of construction,the research progress of fracturing fluid flowback technology in our country have been reviewed,and the future development direction is prospected. Compare three disposal methods including discharged to environment,reinjection and reuse,the oil and gas field should select the most appropriate treatment for channelization processing according to the practical implement condition. The reinjection should be chose as a preferential disposal way if it allowed,and the cost is lowest. If reuse way were chose,the useful component of flowback fluid should be reserved to make a new fracturing fluid. The final choice is discharged to environment,it has the highest processing cost for many targets are demand.
