摘要
[目的]构建农业废弃物制备溢油吸附剂的方法。[方法]利用黄孢原毛平革菌(Phanerochaete chrysosporium)改性,将玉米秸秆、玉米芯、木屑作为原材料制备出可生物降解的溢油吸附剂。用XRD和SEM表征,比较改性前后3种材料的结构变化。[结果]温度为37℃,最佳培养基为小米和麦麸固体培养基,改性时间为21 d,改性玉米秸秆、玉米芯、木屑吸油量分别为9.03、7.69、6.26 g/g。[结论]该研究可为真菌改性农业废弃物制备吸附剂提供理论依据。
[Objective]The aim was to build a method of preparing oil sorbents from agriculture wastes.[Method]Preparation of biodegradable oil adsorbent was prepared with corn straw, corn cob, scrap as raw material, and modified by Phanerochaete chrysosporium.XRD and SEM were used to characterize the structure changes of the three materials before and after modification.[Result]When the temperature was 37 ℃, the medium was solid medium of millet bran and the time of modification was 21 days, the oil absorption of modified corn straw, corncob and sawdust were 9.03, 7.69 and 6.26 g/g,respectively.[Conclusion]This study provides a theoretical basis for the preparation of adsorbent from fungal modified agricultural wastes.
