摘要
以苯甲酸乙酯和水合肼为初始原料,经过肼解、酰化、关环反应合成2-氯甲基-5-苯基-1,3,4-噁二唑,与4,5-二氯-3(2H)-哒嗪酮反应合成中间体4,5-二氯-2-[(5-苯基-1,3,4-噻二唑-2)-甲基]-哒嗪酮,再与胺类等化合物通过取代反应合成一系列目标化合物。所有化合物的结构通过1HNMR、IR和元素分析确证。
2-( Chloromethyl)-5-phenyl-1,3 ,4-oxadiazole was synthesized from ethylbenzoate and hydrazine hydrate by hydrazinolys- is,acylation and cyclization. The intermediate 4,5-dichloro-2-[ (5-phenyl-1,3 ,4-oxadiazol-2-yl) methyl] pyridazin-3 ( 2H) -one was obtained by the reaction of 2-( chloromethyl) -5-phenyl-1,3 ,4-oxadiazole with 4 ,5-dichloro-3 (2') pyridazinone. Consequently,a se-ries of tittle compounds were prepared by substitution of pyridazinone with other substrates. The structures of all the compounds were confirmed by 1HNMR,IR and elemental analysis.
