摘要
我国轨道交通将有一批重大标志性项目建成投产,预计到2020年,铁路网规模将达到15万km,其中高速铁路3万km,这些项目建设为铝加工企业提供了客观的市场需求,也将带来可观的经济效益。铝加工企业也要积极采用先进技术和理论,加速改善传统铝合金,研发新型合金,发展一批新型的高强、高韧、耐磨、耐蚀、耐疲劳、耐高温、耐辐射、防爆、可焊接、可表面处理、易加工和超轻的高性能铝合金材料,以适应不同用途、各种性能或功能的需求。
A number of landmark projects of rail transit will be completed and put into production in recent years. By 2020, railway network will reach 150 000 km, of which highspeed railway 30 000 km. These projects will provide an objective market and bring consid-rable economic benefits to aluminum processing enterprises. Aluminum processing enterprises should actively adopt advanced technology and theory, in a way to accelerate the improvement of traditional aluminum alloy, to research and deveiop new alloys, and to make new aluminum materials with higher properties. These properties include high strength, high toughness, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, fatigue resistance, high temperature resist- ance, radiation proof, explosion-proof, weldability, surface-treatability, convenience of processing and ultra light weight. The material after improvement will meet the needs of different applications, performance or functions.
