摘要
实验室内质量控制是控制误差的一种手段,目的是要把分析误差控制在允许限度内,从而保证分析结果具有一定精密度和准确度,使分析数据在规定的置信水平内,达到所要求的质量。同时,他也是对新方法新技术可靠性有效考核的一种方式。采用控制图对化验室纯牛奶样的检测结果进行统计计算,可发现检测过程中各阶段存在的随机因素和异常因素并加以控制,确保检测数据的稳定性。
The laboratory quality control is a means of control error, the aim is to analyze the error control in the allowable limit,so as to ensure the analysis results have certain precision and accuracy, the analysis of data within the prescribed confidence level, and reach the quality required.
