摘要
长期处于负面情绪下会导致个体的情绪系统紊乱,并且对环境适应能力及日常学习都会造成影响。本文在对生理信号进行情绪识别的基础上,通过认知行为治疗法,利用生理信号仪器找到引起个体的负面情绪的热点,采用PR-II生物反馈放松训练仪和心理干预共同对个体进行心理辅导。研究表明:基于情绪识别的心理干预有较好的情绪干预效果。
Anyone who falls into negative emotion for a long time can lead to individual emotion system disorders,which brings affects to the adaptability to the environment and daily learning. Based on emotion recognition from physiological signals,the paper uses physiological signal equipment to find out the hot spots that bring individual negative emotions by cognitive behavior therapy,and employs individual psychological counsel by PR-II biofeedback relaxation training instrument and psychological intervention. The research shows that the psychological intervention based on emotion recognition has a positive effect on emotional intervention.
