高校学风建设评价指标体系的构建及综合评价模型

Construction of Evaluation Index Systemin Construction of Academic Atmosphere in Universities and Its Comprehensive Assessment Model

学风建设是高校教育改革与可持续发展的重点工作和基础工作,科学、合理的高校学风建设评价指标体系及其评价模型对高校长足发展具有理论和实践意义。本文根据学风的内涵,建立了高校学风建设评价指标体系,基于层次分析法,运用模糊综合评价法确定了各项指标的权重,构建了学风建设综合评价模型,并对某高校学风建设进行了实例测评。本文构建的学风建设综合评价模型易于操作计算,为高校学风建设评价工作提供了依据。

Academic atmosphere construction is the key work and basic work for the reform and sustainable development in universities,and a scientific and reasonable evaluation index system and its evaluation model of academic atmosphere construction has a theoretical and practical significance for the long-term development of universities.This paper establishes an evaluation index system according to the connotation of academic atmosphere,which applies the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to confirm the weight of each index based on AHP,and constructs a comprehensive evaluation model for the academic atmosphere construction. The system is evaluated by instances.The model is proved to be easy to operate,providing the basis for the evaluation of academic atmosphere construction in universities.
