高校数字化校园下的学生事务财务信息化建设

Financial Informatization Construction of Student Affairs under the Experiment of Digital Campus

高校财务信息化是数字化校园的重要组成部分,在推进学生事务财务信息化建设的过程中,仍然存在着重视程度不够、目标定位不准、投资效果不佳的问题。作者结合实际情况,从"以生为本"的服务理念出发,在坚持顶层设计,需求导向,确保安全的原则下,提出了高校学生事务财务信息化建设的建议,以期通过财务管理信息化手段,加快创新学生事务管理与服务的新模式,为高校实现"双一流"战略目标创造良好的条件。

University financial informationization is an important part of digital campus. In the process of promoting student affairs＇ financial information construction,there are still some problems such as the lack of attention,uncertainty of the target positioning and poor effect of investment. Based on the practical situation,this paper,starting from the ＂ student-centered＂ service concept,puts forwards some advices on the financial informatization construction of university student affairs with the principles of adhering to the top-level design,demand orientation and safety guarantee,hoping to create better conditions for universities to implement the ＂ double first-class＂ strategic objective by means of financial management informatization and accelerating the innovation of new model for student affairs management and service.
