高校培育合格大学生党员的社会实践范式探析

Analysis on Social Practice Paradigm of Cultivating Qualified College Student Party Members in Universities

梳理党中央近几年执政主题的演进路线发现,合格党员具有四个特征,分别是问题指向性、信念指向性、意识指向性和实践指向性。在此基础上研究认为,合格大学生党员具有知、情、意、行四个特性。大学生党员在走向合格的过程中,历经认知阶段、情怀阶段、意志阶段和实践阶段。需在社会实践中,加强理想信念教育、中国特色社会主义理论修养、政治纪律与政治规矩约束以及实践能力的培养。

By summing up the evolution routes of the ruling theme by Party Central Committee,we find that qualified college student Party members have four characters such as explicit problem,explicit belief,explicit consciousness and explicit practice,and furthermore,they also have features of cognition,emotion,meaning and action. In the process of being qualified college student Party members,they will go through stages of cognition,feeling,will and practice. In social practice,qualified college students Party members are required to strengthen the ideal and faith education,the theoretical cultivation of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the constraint by political discipline and political rules and the cultivation of practice ability.
