New Force of Economic Development in Jilin Province——An Analysis on Development of Private Economy

从中央提出"振兴东北经济"到"再振兴东北经济"已经13年,但"东北现象"依然严重,尤其是吉林省作为工业、农业经济大省,后劲不足尤为突出。因此,针对吉林省实际状况进行系统梳理,希望吉林省抓住"再振兴东北经济"的历史良机,以发展经济新常态思想为指导,结合吉林省市场化程度低的情况,以发展民营经济为突破口,再次助推东北经济的振兴和发展。

It has been thirteen years since the Central Government declared “ revitalizing northeast economy ” to “ re-vitalizing northeast economy again”. But there is still a serious “ northeast phenomenon”,particularly lor Jilin Prov-ince ,a big province in industry and agriculture economy,which lacks of momentum. Therelore,in view of the ac-tual situation,this paper makes a systematic analysis,hoping that Jilin Province can seize the historical opportunity of ＂revitalization ol northeast economy again＂,and with the guiding thoughts ol the development of the new normal economy,combining with low degree of market situation,promote the revitalization and development of northeast e-conomy by taking the development of the private economy as a breakthrough.
