高校资助育人工作在高校学生事务管理中占据的比重越来越大,其管理效率和效果在一定程度上影响高校学生事务工作的质量乃至高校和谐校园建设工作。当今的互联网、自媒体、大数据的时代背景,为高校资助育人工作信息化提供了新思路。从信息系统构建的可行性、必要性出发,结合高校现有资助育人信息系统建设经验,分析高校资助育人工作现状,厘清资助育人信息化建设的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战,构建资助育人工作信息系统的理论框架,包含高校资助育人工作信息系统的制度设计、模块构建、流程管理,可为高校资助育人信息化建设提供参考。

Funding education in universities occupies bigger and bigger proportion in student affairs management, and its management efficiency and effect indeed influence the quality ol university students , administration and the construction of harmonious campus to some extent. The current background of Internet, We-Media and data base provides new ideas for funding education. Starting from the feasibility and necessity ol information system construc-tion ,based on the present experiences ol funding education system,this paper analyzes the situation ol funding ed-ucation in universites,clarifies the advantages, disadvantages,opportunities and challenges and constructs a theo-retical framework of funding education information system, which covers the regulation design, module construction and process management,hoping to provide references for the information construction of funding education.
