Research on Social Organization and Government Cooperation Mechanism under the New Normal Social Governance

社会治理的"新常态"给予体育社会组织发展新的历史机遇,合理调适政府与社会组织的关系,构建符合新常态的政府与体育社会组织合作治理机制是合作的关键。构建新常态下体育社会组织与政府合作治理机制及路径包括:新常态下构建具有中国特色的合作治理机制;新常态下实现体育社会组织与政府合作的路径;形成平等竞争的主体关系是合作的前提;明确社会责任与提升运营能力是合作的基础。

The new normal of social governance gives new opportunities to the development of sports social organization, where reasonable adjustment of the relationship between government and social organizations and constructing a cooperative governance mechanism between the government and the sports social organizations are the key to cooperation. The approaches to construct the cooperative governance mechanism and the path of sports social organizations and government include： building a cooperative governance mechanism with Chinese characteristics under the new normal; the way of realizing the cooperation between the sports social organizations and the government under the newnormal; forming the subject relation of equal competition being the precondition of cooperation; and defining social responsibility and promoting operational capability being the basis of cooperation.
