我国冬奥重点项目的竞技格局与奥运备战策略

Research on the Competitive Pattern and Preparation Tactics for Winter Olympic Key Events

通过文献资料法、专家访谈法、调查法等方法,对我国冬奥会重点项目的竞技格局与备战工作进行专门研究。结果显示:目前我国冬奥项目的整体竞技实力还比较落后,重点夺牌项目集中于短道速滑和速度滑冰2个冰上竞速项目,以及花样滑冰和自由式滑雪空中技巧2个难美性项目。黑龙江和吉林2个省份在国内保持传统的领先地位,而新疆维吾尔自治区运动员竞技水平的提升具有重要意义。为了实现我国冬奥项目的全面发展,要大力推进"南展西进"工程,逐步优化重点项目布局;完善科技支撑体系与国内竞赛体系,全方位加强国际合作;进一步加强后备人才建设,提高教练员、裁判员等专业人员的综合素质。

The competitive preparing system has been analyzed through the methods of literature review, expert interviews and investigation. The result shows that the overall competitive level of Chinese Winter Games athletes is still relatively backward while short track speed skating, speed skating, figure skating and freestyle skiing aerials are the key events. Heilongjiang and Jilin provinces have maintained the leading position in winter events while the athletes of Xinjiang got important significant enhancement in the recent years. In order to achieve the comprehensive development of the Chinese Winter Games events, classified management need to be continue and the key layout ought to optimize gradually. The ＂South West Development＂ project need to be promoted vigorously for expands the scale of development reasonably. It needs to optimize the technology support system and the domestic competition system while the comprehensive cooperation with the international sports federations is very important for improving the quality of the athletes, coaches, referees and other professional personnel.
