摘要
京津冀地区是我国大气污染防治重点区域,在大气污染治理的过程中存在防控体系缺乏、监测数据传递不足等问题。依据环保大数据在大气污染防治管理创新中标准、共享、开放、融合等特点,重构大数据环境下大气污染治理机制,建立京津冀横向生态补偿机制,为京津冀三地的大气污染治理联防联控提供了一种新的尝试。
Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is the key area of air pollution prevention and control in China.In the process of air pollution control, there are some problems, such as the lack of prevention and control system, the lack of monitoring data transmission and so on. This article tried to reconstruct an air pollution treatment mechanism by taking advantage of the characteristics ( openness, sharing, standard and integration) of environment protection big data in innovative air pollution treatment and build a horizontal ecology compensation mechanism for Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei area, propose a new model for joint prevention and control of air pollution treatment in the area.
