摘要
研制国家级水质锡质量控制用标准物质,作为锡分析检测的质量控制标准。依据国家标准样品工作导则要求,制备锡标准物质;采用原子荧光光谱法对样品进行均匀性和稳定性研究;以多个实验室协作分析定值的统计结果确定标准值,并进行不确定度评估。经检测锡标准物质均匀性良好,稳定性可达24个月以上;样品量值准确,与美国同种标准物质进行比对具有可比性。研制的锡标准物质符合国家标准物质的技术要求,可用于水质锡元素检测的质量控制、分析方法研究以及分析实验室能力验证等方面。
The reference material (RM) of stannum was developed according to the directives for the work of reference material, it can be used in the quality control of water quality monitoring. The homogeneity and stability was studied by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry. The certified concentration value and uncertainty for stannum reference material was obtained by the interlaboratory cooperative certification study. The experimental results indicated that the stannum reference material was homogeneous, the period of validity can reach above 24 months. The certified value of reference material of stannum was comparable to American reference material and met the technical standards for reference material. It can be used in many aspects such as water quality control, evaluation methods and proficiency testing.
