我国高校教育救助行径中的“二次伤害”问题研究

高等教育是促进社会阶层合理流动的进阶,有助于推动社会公平和进步。当前,充当补偿正义的高校教育救助正在大力施展,但也暴露了"二次伤害"的新问题:高校委托代理关系中存在自利动机、施恩观念以及救助方式失当等,由此导致受助者应享的物质救助权利受损,自尊心和上进心更受伤害。新世纪,我国教育规划纲要的践行,既需要政府加大教育投入和教育监管力度,也督促着高校教育理念的革新、价值排序的进步与人文关怀的提振。

The implementation of the outline of China＇s educational plan-ning in the new century requires both the government to increase investment in education and supervision, and to promote the innovation of educational philosophy, the progress of value sorting and the promotion of humanistic care.
