人是社会的主体,促进男女两性平等和谐发展是构建社会主义和谐社会的必然。然而,现实中,由于各种主客观原因,男女两性之间在众多方面依然存在着诸多的不和谐现象。对此,要敢于打破旧观念,营造利于两性和谐发展的文化环境;建立健全法律制度,形成有利于两性和谐发展的社会土壤环境;提升女性素质,建立平等互补合作的性别关系,以最大限度地推进男女平等和谐发展,推动社会和谐建设。

Man is the main body of the society,the promotion of harmonious development of men and women's gender equality is the necessity of building a socialist harmonious society.However,in reality because of various subjective and objective reasons,that makes the society of men and women in many ways still exist in the phenomenon of disharmony.So,we must dare to break the old idea,to create a cultural environment conducive to the development of gender harmony;establish and improve the legal system,the formation of the social soil environment conducive to the harmonious development of the sexes;improve the quality of women,gender relations in the establishment of equality and mutual complementarities.In order to promote the harmonious development of men and women equally,promote the construction of Harmonious Society.
