教法礼俗化:伊斯兰教中国化的一个重要侧面

Conventionalization of Shariah: One Aspect of Islamic Sinicization

伊斯兰教法在我国经历了一个礼俗化的过程,主要有两大成果:一是成功地摒弃了教法中"法"的内容,同时吸收了中国传统礼俗文化,使教法整体上趋于伦理化、习俗化;二是通过主动调适形成了教法顺随国法的传统并且仅仅在民间社会发挥作用。

There are two achievements during the process of conventionalization of Shariah in China. One is that the juridical contents of Shariah have been abandoned and the character of its Chinese traditional culture has been added simultaneously, which makes Shariah tends to be more ethical and conventional. Another is the fact that “the national law is above Shariah” has become a tradition,which means Shariah is subordinate to the national law and only has effects in the folk society based on active adjustment.
