产业承接、结构调整与西部地区制造业发展——从西部大开发到丝绸之路经济带建设的文献综述

From “the West Development” to “the Construction of the Silk Road Economic Zone”: A Review on the Industrial Transfer,Restructuring and the Development of Manufacturing Industries in West China

产业转移、产业结构升级和产业发展是产业经济学中紧密联系的议题,也是制造业研究中的重要内容。本文通过对相关文献脉络的梳理,从产业转移、产业结构演进和产业可持续发展三个方面综述了西部大开发实施以来到丝绸之路经济带建设战略的十余年间西部地区制造业研究状况,探索影响西部地区制造业发展的因素和发展方向,并对进一步的研究方向进行展望。

Industrial transfer,the upgrading of the industrial structure and industrial development are not only three closely - related issues in industrial economics, but also the main research topics in manufac-turing industry. By sorting out the literatures, from the perspectives of industrial transfer,the evolution of industrial structure, and its sustainable development, this paper gives a general picture of the research into the manufacturing industry in West China since the implementation of “ the West Development Strategy” to “the Construction of the Silk Road Economic Zone” in the past ten years,thus to probe into the devel-opment direction of the manufacturing industry and its affecting factors and make an outlook to the direc-tion of the further research.
