对于16—18世纪曾经盛行于欧洲的重商主义,其既希望增强国力,又希望实现经济繁荣的财富观是值得肯定的,而必须批判的是其贸易观中的保护主义。可以将重商主义的历史财富观和历史贸易观合称为重商主义逻辑。重商主义逻辑中的历史财富观,在现代市场经济中仍然具有重要的警示作用。而对重商主义历史贸易观的批判,在反全球化潮流再度来袭,贸易保护主义重新抬头的形势下,其现实意义则更为显著。

Mercantilism, which was prevalent in Europe from 16th to 18th Century, is worthy of recogni-tion since its wealth view emphasizes on the enhancement of national power and aims at the prosperity of economy, while it must be criticized for the protectionism in its trade view. The historical wealth view and trade view can be referred to as mercantilist logic. The historical wealth view in mercantilist logic still has an important warning role in the modem market economy, while the criticism on the historical trade view, with the rise of anti - globalization trend and trade protectionism, appears to be more significant.
