摘要
廉价药产业是关系国计民生的战略性产业,国家对其高度重视。但由于相关政府部门对药品流通领域监管不善,加速了廉价药短缺甚至消失。通过梳理廉价经典药短缺甚至频频消失的生存现状及原因,分析药品价格政策对这一现象的影响,探讨治理廉价药短缺政策的效果并提出可行的治理意见。
Cheap medicine industry,attached great importance to by Chinese government,is a strategic industry con-cerning the interests of the state and the people. However, the poor supervision of relevant government departments to drug circulation aggravates the shortage of cheap medicines. By studying the current situation and reasons of shortage or even dis-appearance of some classical cheap medicines, the influence of medicine price policy to this phenomenon was analyzed, the effect on the cheap medicines shortage was discussed and some practicable advice was proposed.
