摘要
目的强调医疗质量管理中应该重视非计划再手术,非计划再手术率的降低会带来医疗纠纷的减少。方法非计划再手术率与医疗相关指标的影响。结论非计划再手术延长住院天数,增加医疗纠纷的发生率,降低非计划再手术率,对医疗质量管理具有重要意义。
Objective To analyze the significance of unplanned re - operation in prevention of medical disputes. Methods The analysis was done by investigating the effect of unplanned re - operation on health - related indicators. Re-sults Unplanned re - operation prolonged the hospital stay and increased the incidence of medical disputes. Conclusion The reduction of unplanned re - operation rate has great significance for hospital quality management.
