摘要
目的探索评判性文献阅读法在培养护理本科实习生临床批判思维能力中的应用。方法将新进入医院的152名护理本科实习生随机分为对照组和试验组,轮训期间对照组实习生按照医院培训的标准规范带教,试验组实习生在此基础上实施评判性文献阅读法带教。轮训6个月后进行临床批判思维能力的比较。结果 6个月后试验组和对照组在寻找真相、系统化能力、分析能力、求知欲、认知成熟度、总分差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);在开放性思维和批判性思维自信心方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论评判性文献阅读是一种能够提高护理本科实习生临床批判思维能力、综合能力的方法,但要结合实际完善阅读内容及方法,并将其融入系统化的护理本科实习生培训模式中。
Objective To explore the effects of critical reading on the ability of critical thinking of nursing under-graduate trainees in clinical practice and to find out corresponding teaching strategies. Methods 152 nursing undergraduate trainees were randomly divided into two groups control group and experimental group ( critical reading of 60 - 120 papers during the 6 - month internship). Other requirements were the same in both groups. All 152 subjects were investigated by Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory before and after the clinical practice. At the same time, the evaluation to every subject from the mentors and the head nurses were collected. Results The average CTDI - CV scores of experimental group and control group before clinical practice were 305. 72 ±3.27 and 267. 61 ±3.11 respectively, with significant difference between groups. Conclusion Critical reading can improve the ability of critical thinking of nursing undergraduate trainees in their in-ternship. More attention should be paid to the training of the ability of critical thinking of students in nursing education.
