Situations and Countermeasures of Discipline Inspection and Supervision in Affiliated University Hospitals under “Three Turns”

本组从医院行政和医务人员、纪检监察干部、患者三类进行问卷调查和访谈调研,分析"三转"形势下高校附属医院纪检监察工作现状、困惑,并提出解决的思路和对策,希望纪检监察部门能够为高校附属医院的健康发展和行稳致远提供有力保障。

In this paper,a questionnaire survey and interviews were carried out from the hospital administration and medical staff, discipline inspection and supervision of cadres and patients. The present situations and puzzles in discipline in-spection and supervision in affiliated university hospital under aThree Turnsr,were analyzed. The suggestions and counter-measures were put forward so as to provide a strong guarantee for the healthy development of the hospital affiliated to the uni-versities.
