中山市创建“平安医院”的探索与创新——以中山市某医院为例

建设"平安医院",对于创造良好的医疗执业环境、构建和谐的医患关系、促进卫生事业健康发展和社会稳定和谐具有重要意义。自中山市2012年率先在全国提出创建"无医闹城市"以来,中山市"平安医院"建设工作不断深入完善,医疗质量、医疗安全、医患关系等方面具有显著改善。借鉴中山市"平安医院"试点医院——中山市某医院的建设经验,把开展创建"平安医院"的特色与创新、探索与实践及效果与成果进行梳理与归纳,实现患者平安、医院平安,从而构建和谐医患关系。
