口腔种植患者资料数字化管理的应用观察

Application and Observation of Digital Management of Dental Implant Patients

目的探索适合口腔种植患者资料集中数字化管理的软件,对口腔种植患者资料进行数字化管理,提高临床工作效率。方法对本科1 985份口腔种植患者资料,根据医生使用情况,分为A组和B组,A组采用传统纸质记录方式,B组采用电子数字化管理方式,通过对管理资料使用情况进行比较分析,检测口腔种植患者资料数字化管理软件的性能。结果 A组971例,B组1 014例,两组患者资料管理均完整,但患者在预期时间1个月内复诊率A组为85%,B组为92%,在医护人员使用意愿方向调查显示,98%愿意选择数字化管理。结论种植资料数字化管理能满足口腔种植患者的临床管理需求,提高患者的复诊率,提高医护的工作效率,对口腔种植患者及资料管理有较大的意义。

Objective To explore the software suitable for the digital management of patients with oral implant, and to carry out the digital management of the data of the patients with oral implant so as to improve the efficiency of clinical work. Methods 1985 dental implant patients, according to the doctor’s usage,divided into A group and B group,A group using the traditional paper - based recording mode, B group using electronic digital management mode, through the use of management data analysis, performance test of oral implant patients of digital information management software. Results 971 cases for A group, 1014 cases for B group, two groups of data are complete, but the patient follow - up rate in the expec-ted time within 1 months was 85% in group A and 92% in group B. There are 98% people willing to choose the digital man-agement in the survey of medical staff. Conclusion The digital management of planting data can meet the clinical demand, improve patient follow - up rate, improve nursing work efficiency, has great significance for the data management of oral im-plant patients.
