妊娠期高血压疾病与原发性高血压microRNA-126表达差异

The Difference of MicroRNA-126 Expression between Hypertensive Disorder Complicating Pregnancy and Primary Hypertensive

目的探讨妊娠期高血压疾病(HDCP)、原发性高血压疾病患者血浆microRNA-126的表达水平差异。方法 HDCP患者分为妊娠期高血压组(A组)、轻度子痫前期组(B组)、重度子痫前期组(C组),原发性高血压组(NGT组),采用RT-PCR检测血浆microRNA-126表达量。结果与原发性高血压组患者相比,重度子痫前期组患者血浆microRNA-126表达下调,有统计学差异(P<0.05)与原发性高血压组患者相比,重度子痫前期组患者血浆microRNA-126表达下调,有统计学差异(P<0.05),与原发性高血压组患者相比,轻度子痫前期组患者血浆microRNA-126表达下调,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论重度子痫前期患者相比原发性高血压疾病患者血浆microRNA-126表达下降,microRNA-126可能参与妊娠期高血压疾病、原发性高血压疾病的发生发展。microRNA-126可能参与妊娠期高血压疾病、原发性高血压疾病的发生发展。

Objective To investigate the difference of plasma microRNA - 126 expression in patients with hyperten-sive disorder complicating pregnancy （HDCP） and primary hypertension. Methods HDCP patients were divided into gesta-tional hypertension group （A） , mild preeclampsia group （B） , severe preeclampsia group （C） , primary hypertension group （NGT）. Plasma microRNA - 126 expression quantity was detected by RT - PCR. Results Compared with the patients with primary hypertension, the expression of plasma microRNA - 126 was reduced in severe preeclampsia group, there was signifi-cant difference （P 〈0. 05） ; Compared with the patients with primary hypertension, the expression of plasma microRNA - 126 was reduced in mild preeclampsia group, there was no significant difference （P 〉 0. 05 ） . Conclusion Compared to patients with primary hypertension, the expression of plasma microRNA - 126 decreased in patients with severe preeclampsia group. Mi-croRNA -126 might be involved in the development of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy and primary hypertension.
