摘要
目的研究BNP在评估老年心力衰竭患者心功能中的应用价值。方法选取2014年1月-2016年12月收治的50例老年心力衰竭病例纳入观察组,并取同期50名健康体检老年人纳入对照组,回顾性分析其完整资料,比较观察组治疗前后LVEF、LVEDD以及BNP水平,比较2组LVEF、LVEDD及BNP水平,同时比较各心功能分级病例血浆BNP浓度。结果观察组治疗后,LVEF明显升高,而血浆BNP浓度与LVEDD则明显减小(P<0.05);观察组治疗前LVEF明显低于对照组,LVEDD与BNP浓度明显大于对照组(P<0.05);Ⅳ级病例血浆BNP浓度最高,其次为Ⅲ级,Ⅰ级最低,且比较具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论与健康者相比,老年心力衰竭病人血浆BNP浓度明显升高,经治疗,BNP明显降低,并随着心功能NYHA等级升高而升高。
Objective To study the application value of BNP in evaluating cardiac function in elderly patients with heart failure. Methods A total of 50 elderly patients with heart failure treated in our hospital during January 2014 - Decem-ber 2016 were included into the study group, and 50 healthy elderly people were included into the control group at the same time. Their complete data were analyzed retrospectively. LVEF, LVEDD and BNP levels were compared. Plasma BNP levels were compared between cases with different grades of cardiac function. Results After treatment, LVEF of the study group increased significantly while plasma BNP level and LVEDD decreased significantly (P 〈0. 05). Before treatment, LVEF of the study group was significantly lower than the control group, LVEDD and BNP level were significantly higher than the con-trol group (P 〈 0. 05) . The plasma BNP level was the highest in cases with grade IV cardiac function, followed by grade IH , and it was the lowest in patients with grade I ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . Conclusion The plasma BNP levels are significantly higher in elderly patients with heart failure than healthy people. After treatment, BNP decreases significantly, and it increases with the increase of cardiac function NYHA level.
