摘要
介绍了一种小型的高压纳秒脉冲发生器,该发生器的主要结构单元包括螺旋型多倍宽脉冲形成线和电晕火花开关。其中,螺旋型多倍宽脉冲形成线由Tesla外线和多段螺旋阶梯内线构成,阶梯线置于Tesla内磁芯的内部,结构紧凑;电晕火花开关有利于发生器的重频稳定工作。该发生器整体长度约630mm,形成线采用MIDEL 7131合成酯介质,以5倍脉宽形成脉冲时可以输出23ns脉冲,波形前沿快,平顶好,输出脉冲电压约105kV,重频30Hz。
A compact high-voltage nanosecond pulse generator is presented,in which a ladder forming line and a corona spark switch are used for multi-width pulse output.A spiral ladder forming line is built in an outer coaxial line which is based on a Tesla transformer.A multistage corona spark switch is contributed to stabilized output in repeated operation mode.Total length of the generator is about 630 mm,and output pulses with 23 ns pulse width and 105 kV voltage at the repetition frequency of 30 Hz.Experimental results verify that highquality output waveforms with 5 times pulse-width could be obtained by this ladder forming line.
