摘要
对比了顶部凹陷锥柱形隔膜和无顶部凹陷结构锥柱形隔膜的翻转特性,分析了凹陷深度、锥角、隔膜厚度等结构特征参数对顶部凹陷锥柱形隔膜翻转特性的影响规律。结果表明:凹陷深度只会影响隔膜翻转的初始屈曲状态,锥角主要对后屈曲状态产生影响,隔膜厚度则对整个翻转过程产生影响。与无顶部凹陷锥柱形隔膜相比,顶部凹陷锥柱形隔膜更容易出现偏心、褶皱等失效行为。
The overturning characteristics of the spherical-cone diaphragm(SCD)and the spherical-cone-dished diaphragm(SCDD)for propellant tank are compared.The effects of the height of cone section,cone angle,and diaphragm thickness on expulsion behavior of spherical-cone-dished diaphragm are analyzed.The results indicate that the depth of dish has influence on the initial buckling load,the angle of cone-section has influence on the post buckling behavior,and the diaphragm thickness has the effect on the whole overturning process.Compared with the spherical-cone diaphragm,the spherical-cone-dished diaphragm is more prone to eccentricity,wrinkle,and other failure behavior.
