摘要 桩基托换顶升纠倾加固技术以桩基为顶升支座,对事故建筑进行纠倾。该方法不但可以保留建筑的完整性,还能解决地基日后再次沉降问题。结合某纠倾工程,详细介绍了桩基托换顶升纠倾加固技术施工工艺,并对顶升进行试验数据和有限元数值分析。该方法顶升受力合理,可控性强,施工周期短,可以作为同类工程的参考。 The underpinning pile method uses piles as jacking bearings to rectify buildings. This method can not only make structure undestroyed, but also prevent foundation settlement in the future. Combined with one example this paper introduced the construction technology of pile foundation uplift and rectification reinforcement in detail, and proved the rationality of the method through experimental data and finite element numerical analysis. The method has the advantages of obvious rectification effect, short construction period and strong controllability. It can be used as reference for similar engineering.
