摘要
某超高层核心筒-框架体系中,外框钢梁因结构布置需要,采用辐射状布置,并采用压型钢板组合楼板。针对结构特点,对辐射钢梁压型钢板的排板与施工进行分析与优化,使排板在保证施工期间合理受力的同时,施工措施与效率达到最优。同时,在现场施工方面,通过合理的施工组织、优化施工工艺、严控质检流程的措施,保证大规模异向、异形压型钢板的施工进度与质量。
Some super high-rise core tube-framework system, the outer frame beam distributed as radial due to structure arrangement, and floor slab is steel deck concrete composite slabs. According to the characteristics of the structure of the radiation beam, composition design and construction of steel sheet was analyzed and optimized, to make the construction measures and efficiency achieved optimal during the period of the steel sheet at reasonable force state. At the same time, through the reasonable construction organization, optimization of construction technology, strict quality inspection process measures ensure the construction progress and quality of large-scale incongruent, special-shaped steel sheet.
