精益建造管理在铁路站房中的运用

为解决铁路站房施工精细化管理难题,提高各部分项的工程质量,本文以黄山北站整个建设过程为例,通过运用精益建造项目管理学理论,实现了组织管理、工艺管理、过程管理和实施效果管理的有机结合,总结了铁路站房建设过程中精细化管理的经验,为以后从事站房建设的管理者提供一定的决策依据和技术支持。
