摘要
为解决铁路站房施工精细化管理难题,提高各部分项的工程质量,本文以黄山北站整个建设过程为例,通过运用精益建造项目管理学理论,实现了组织管理、工艺管理、过程管理和实施效果管理的有机结合,总结了铁路站房建设过程中精细化管理的经验,为以后从事站房建设的管理者提供一定的决策依据和技术支持。
In order to solve the problem of railway station construction management and improve the quality of the project, this paper took the whole process of Mount Huangshan north station construction as an example, through the use of lean construction project management theory, the organization management, process management, process management and summarized the fine management process scientific basis and technical support for implementation effect of the organic combination of management, the railway station construction experience, which provided a the construction of the station after engaging in management.
