摘要 采用独特的一次投料法,成功地合成出双杂原于取代的Me—SAPO—11分子筛,并对其结构进行了分析。研究发现,Co、Mg和Tl等金属杂原子还可以和Si同时取代APO—11分子筛骨架原于,合成出结晶度比较高、热稳定性优越的AEL结构型Me—SAPO—11分子筛。其中Me和Si量的相对变化对Me—SAPO—11分子筛的结晶度、表观形貌以及微孔孔径等有很大影响。 Binary heteroatom substituted aluminophosphate(Me—SAPO—11) zeolites were tentatively synthesized with one—step hydrothermal methods.The structures of as synthesized Me—SAPO—I 1 zeolites were extensively characterized by means of XRD, EDS,TG and SEM techniques.It was found that Co,Mg and Ti metal ions could beeffectively intercalated into the skeleton of APO—11 with the Si atom.Me—SAPO—11 bears the AEL structure and better hydrothermal stability.The relative amount of metal ions and Si atom was important to control the crystallinity,morphology and micropore structure of Me—SAPO— 11 zeolites.
