摘要
在油水井酸化施工中,如何有效地防止由铁离子沉淀所造成的地层2次沉淀伤害,直接关系到酸化效果的好坏。针对这一特点,研究了一种新型酸化铁离子稳定剂NHM—1,并对其性能进行了室内评价。表明该稳定剂具有生产工艺简单,螯合能力较强;在一定条件下可有效控制铁离子沉淀的生成;酸溶性,流动性较好,能与多种酸化缓蚀剂及表面活性剂配伍使用,且与原油的相容性较好。
During the acidizing of oil wells or water injections,the key to successful operation is how to effectively prevent formation damage by the iron precipitation. For this reason,a novel iron-stabilization acid agent is developed and the laboratory evaluations performed convince it has advantages such as a good chelation and simple synthesis technology'.This new agent can effectively control the iron-deposition and has a good dissolubility in acid and flowing natrue,which can be compound with most corrision inhibitors and surfactants as well as oil.
