青年农业科技人才成长外部环境制约因素分析——以中国农业科学院为例 被引量:6

External Environmental Restrictive Factors of Young Agricultural Scientific and Technological Talents Growth——Taking Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an Example

摘要 青年科技人才是中国农业科技创新的生力军。良好的成长环境是孕育青年农业科技人才的摇篮。利用中国农业科学院青年科技人才的抽样调查数据,构建了包括人际环境、工作环境和机制环境等3个方面、10个细分指标的因素推导模型,分析了影响青年农业科技人才成长的微观环境制约因素及其形成原因。在此基础上,从培育体系、人才评价、激励保障、职业发展空间等方面提出了优化人才成长外部环境的建议。 Young scientific and technological talents are the main force of Chinese agricultural science and technology innovation. Good growth environment is the cradle of young agricultural scientific and technological talents. Using the sampling data of young agricultural scientific and technological talents in Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, the authors built the factors derived model including three aspects,interpersonal environment, working environment and mechanism environment, with 10 sub indicators, and analyzed the micro environment restrictive factors influencing young agricultural scientific and technological talents growth and their causes. On the basis of this, the authors put forward some suggestions on optimizing external environment of talents growth from training system, talent evaluation, motivation security and the space of career development.
