摘要
人才是健康中国建设的重要支撑,聚焦当前儿科医学人才严重缺乏的现状,正确认识儿科发展过程中所暴露出的一系列症结,探究其原因的内在实质,找出对策,达到标本兼治、以点带面的作用,促使儿科医学成功突围,保障我国儿童医疗服务体系的完备性。
Talents are important support for Healthy China construction. This paper focused on the current situation of pediatrician shortage and gave a proper understanding of the problems derived from the development of pediatrics. Solutions were found out after analyzing the root causes so as to resolve the current problems and eliminate the root causes and ensure the integrity of pediatrics medical service system in China.
