摘要
护理队伍是重要的医疗卫生人力资源,护士群体中职业压力与倦怠发生率与日俱增,造成该队伍的不稳定。本文从概述职业压力与倦怠开始,分析压力源,试图探寻干预措施使护士群体的职业压力与倦怠得到纾解,提升护士的满意度及归属感,维持护理队伍的稳定性。
Nurses are important for medical and health human resources, but their occupational stress and job burnout rate is increasing, which results in the instability of this team. This paper started with an overview on occupational stress and job burnout before analyzed nurses' stress source. Intervention measures were explored to relieve their occupation stress and job burnout and improve their sense of belonging and satisfaction so as to maintain the stability of the nursing team.
