摘要
介绍了一种与励磁机转子过盈配合的新型法兰工装,给出了它的过盈量的计算过程,并依据计算结果完成了工装设计结构。解决了转子在无连接孔、无加工余量且转子表面不得损伤的特殊工况下,转子与车床、加压设备等连接以实现转子加工精度、保证穿装同心度等难题。
A new type of flange tooling with inference fit for the rotor of exciters was introduced while the detailed calculation course of the interference magnitude was pre- sented. Design on the technology tooling was completed in accordance with the calculated results, to solve the problem that there were no connecting hole or no machining margin on the rotor being coupled with the machine tools or press- er, not be able to realize the machining precision and guar- antee the wear concentricity in condition of no damage on the rotor face.
