煤矿用电铲提升电机主磁极线圈脱落原因及其改进

摘要 在对美国产的P&H2800X P电铲K925提升电机国产化的过程中,发现国产化的K925主极线圈频繁脱落。通过不断选型、对比和试验,找到一种新的航空级粘接材料,使国产化的K925主磁极达到P&H公司质量水平,替代进口产品。 In the course of localization on the K925 hoisting motor in the P&H2800XP excavator made in the USA, break-off of the main magnet pole coils in the local- ized K925 frequently occurred. A new kind of aeronau- tic-class adhesive material was found out through continu- ously selection, comparison and test, making the main pole of the localized K925 reach the quality level of the P&H Company, capable of replacing the imported product.
