多巴胺能神经传递在注意缺陷多动障碍中的研究进展 被引量:7

Research progress of dopaminergic neurotransmission on attention deficit hyperactivity disorder

摘要 注意缺陷多动障碍(attention deficit hyperactivity disorder,ADHD)是由多因素引发的复杂精神疾病,其发病机制尚未完全明确。基于以多巴胺系统为靶点的兴奋剂治疗ADHD的有效性,多巴胺功能异常假说在ADHD发病的生物学机制中一直占据着重要地位,并得到大量研究证据的支持。文章就多巴胺能神经传递的生理特性及其在ADHD发病机制中的作用作一综述。 Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD) is a complex psychiatric disorder caused by multifactor and its pathogenesis is not completely clear yet.Based on the effective treatment of ADHD by stimulants which target the dopaminergic system,the hypothesis of dopamine dysfunction has been playing an important role in the biological mechanism of ADHD and received support from a large number of studies.This paper have summarized the research progress on physiological characteristics of dopaminergic neurotransmission and its role in the pathogenesis of ADHD.
