摘要
整合课程是将各学科知识横向或纵向组合,注重学生整体思维学习的一种新型课程。整合课程教学方式为跨专业的团队教学,教学特点是注重学生思维能力和学习能力的培养,是当今医学教育改革的趋势。昆明医科大学目前尝试将"以学科为主"的教学模式转化为以"以器官系统为中心"的整合课程教学模式。为顺应这一教育改革的趋势,作者在基础医学课程建设中,将"细胞生物学、医学遗传学、生物化学、分子生物学"四门课程整合为"分子医学"课程。作者就"四合一"分子医学整合课程改革的背景、顶层设计、教学模式、实践中存在的问题等进行讨论。
Integration curriculum is new style curriculum in which combination several disciplines knowledge and concentration on student's integral thinking.The teaching method of the integration curriculum is team process which teaching feature is to make students improving thinking and learning ability,so it is the trend of the current medical education reform.Kunming Medical University will change "discipline" teaching model into "organ system integration" teaching model.For conform to the reform trend,this study integrated four courses of "cell biology,medical genetics,biochemistry,molecular biology into "molecular medicine" course.Here we discussed the reform background,the top design,teaching mode and existing problems in the "four in one" molecular medicine integrated curriculum.
