跟骨骨折内固定术后并发症分析

Analysis of complications after internal fixation of calcaneal fractures

目的:探讨跟骨骨折内固定术后并发症。方法:选择我院2014年1月至2016年1月收治的48例60侧跟骨关节内骨折患者,行内固定术,观察患者的并发症及影响因素。结果:在跟骨关节内骨折患者中10例患者出现并发症,伤后至手术时间、坠落高度、手术时间和止血带时间是患者出现并发症的危险因素,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论:跟骨骨折内固定术可提高患者的疗效,但患者术后常出现并发症。选择合适的手术时间、降低止血带时间、手术时间、术后引流可降低切口并发症。

Objective： To explore complications after internal fixation of calcaneal fractures. Methods： 48 cases of intra-articular calcaneal fractures in 60 cases were selected from January 2014 to January 2016.Patients were treated with internal fixation which was used to observe the complications and the influencing factors. Results： In patients with intraarticular calcaneal fractures,10 patients with complications,time from injury to operation, the falling height, operation time and tourniquet time are risk factors of complications in patients with comparison significant difference（P均〈0.05）. Conclusion： The internal fixation of calcaneal fractures can improve the curative effect of patients,but the complications often occur.When choosing the appropriate operation time,reduce the tourniquet time,operation time,postoperative drainage,can reduce the incision complications.
