超声引导下经尿道前列腺水囊扩开术治疗良性前列腺增生效果观察

Clinical effect of ultrasound guided transurethral split of hyponome of the prostate in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia

目的:探讨超声引导下经尿道前列腺水囊扩开术治疗良性前列腺增生患者的临床效果。方法:选择150例良性前列腺增生患者,将其分为对照组(行TUSP)和超声组(超声引导下行TUSP)各75例,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果:超声组患者的手术时间要短于对照组(P<0.05),且手术效果要优于对照组(P<0.05),术后Qmax、PVR、IPSS及前列腺体积等临床指标均有改善,与治疗前和对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在超声引导下对BPH患者行TUSP临床治疗效果较好。

Objective：To explore the clinical effect of ultrasound guided transurethral split of hyponome of the prostate in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods： 150 cases were collected,and divided them into control group（method in TUSP） and the ultrasound group（method in ultrasound guided TUSP）,each 75 cases,and two groups were compared for clinical effects. Results： The operative time of ultrasound group significant reduced comparing with the control group（P〈0.05）,and the surgical effect also significant better than the control group（P〈0.05）. After the surgery,the value of Qmax,PVR,IPSS and prostate volume had been significant improved comparing with the control group or pre-treatment（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Ultrasound guided TUSP in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia could effectively increase the therapeutic effect.
