摘要
帕金森病是一种常见的神经退行性疾病,随时间的延长,疾病逐渐加重,临床表现具有较高的特异性。帕金森病的发生是由多病因多因素相互作用,导致多巴胺能神经元变性缺失形成,其病因及发病机制迄今尚未明确,也局限了对帕金森病的有效治疗。现就近年来国内外对帕金森病的流行病学、发病机制及治疗进展作一综述。
Parkinson＇s disease is a common neurodegenerative disease. As the extension of time,the illness is aggravating gradually. It has the high clinical heterogeneity and is caused by many reasons and factors,and lead to loss of dopaminergic neurons in the end. Its etiology and pathogenesis has not yet been determined,which limited our effective treatment of Parkinson＇s disease. We provide the review which focus on the epidemiology,pathogenesis and treatment of Parkinson＇s disease in recent years.
